Shortly after graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1984, a young Dr. Mark B. Casteel saw the need for quality Chiropractic care in Philipsburg and the Moshannon Valley area due to the fact that many families from this region were traveling to Clearfield, Pa to see his father, Dr. Donald Casteel, who established his Chiropractic practice in 1952.

We started off with a modest clinic on Pine Street in Philipsburg, and quickly outgrew that location. In 1986 we relocated across town to 109 N.Centre Street. For the next 20 years we continued to grow and serve the health care needs of the area. In 2006 with both of our sons showing interest in the Chiropractic profession we once again expanded to our present location: 210 E. Locust Street (the former Sheetz store). Over the past 27 years one thing has never changed, our love and dedication to deliver the best chiropractic care to our patients.

Our Philosophy

Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they’ve lost their health, our commitment is two-fold.
